Privacy Policy
Effective July 22, 2026
The short version: Quorum collects nothing. Your questions go
directly from your Mac to the AI providers you configured with your own API keys. NYRAI LLC never
sees your questions, your answers, or your keys.
What Quorum stores, and where
- API keys — encrypted in the macOS Keychain on your Mac. They are sent only to the
provider they belong to (e.g., your OpenAI key only to api.openai.com), never to NYRAI.
- Questions, answers, and reports — a local database on your Mac
(~/Library/Application Support/Quorum). Nothing is uploaded anywhere by us.
- Trial/purchase state — in the macOS Keychain and via Apple's App Store. Purchases are
processed by Apple; we receive no personal information.
Network connections Quorum makes
- The AI providers you configure (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity) — your
questions and their answers travel directly between your Mac and those services, authenticated
with your keys. Their handling of that content is governed by their privacy policies.
- A static pricing file from quorum.nyrai.ai — an unauthenticated fetch of current model
prices so cost estimates stay accurate. It carries no identifiers and no content.
What we do not do
- No account, no sign-in, no NYRAI server in the request path.
- No analytics, no crash reporting SDKs, no tracking of any kind.
- No selling, sharing, or retention of any user data — we have none to sell.
Data deletion
Everything Quorum knows lives on your Mac. Deleting the app's data (or the app and its
Application Support folder) removes all runs and reports. Keys can be removed in the app or via
Keychain Access. There is nothing to delete on any server.
